  2. Don't worry - you won't be busy all at once. Your corn, eggplant,carrots, peppers, pumpkins,onions and many tomatoes are all 110+ day crops. It will all stagger, sweetly and graciously, as Mother Nature does.

    Great variety! You better get some books on pickling!
